Quinn Marques was born and raised in the small town of Rochester New York to a wonderful family of four. Quinn Marques is the youngest of his two other siblings and was called to music at the age of 7. He gained his love of music and dance from his elementary school music teacher Mrs. Pratt, and he would perform in all of the music concerts held by the school. Mrs. Pratt encouraged Quinn to further his craft my auditioning to a performing arts school. Quinn followed her instructions and was accepted into the school. Quinn joined the middle school choir and was in various theatrical productions at the school such as, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Timbuktu, and Once Upon a Mattress.
In High School, Quinn Marques expressed himself exceptionally well academically; Quinn was on the honor roll as we as an active member of various activities such as Choir and the Male Step team. At age 17, Quinn and his family moved to Charlotte, NC. He attended a performing arts school there as well. He remained a good student and joined the Men's chorus and performed in all of the showcases held at his school. In February of 2008, Quinn was accepted into Morehouse College where he is currently completing his second successful year as a Psychology, B.A. major. In all of his studies he manages a rigorous schedule between voice rehearsals, learning new material, recording, dance sessions, workouts and classes…not to mention the work for those classes. In all of his busy day Quinn makes time to acknowledge God’s gift to him and the world he will share it with.
