Why did I choose photography? Photography is classified as an art, "the art or practice of taking and processing photographs."
No photography is exactly the same, in fact you may see several photos that look similar but in reality they all have a different meanings.
Taking a photo is so much more then a social media photo, it is stopping a moment in time: a moment which will be like no other & keeping it forever.
You will never have the same photo twice through out your life. A photo shoot or session can always be exciting. What is more exciting is choosing a new photographer! You will never have the same shot as previous photographers.
My work resembles who I am inside and out.

My personality is bright, bubbly, and optimistic. As you can see from all my photos you will never view anything dull. Color is such a dramatic statement, it is bold, creative, and it has a meaning like no other of course. When you get married, graduate, have birthday, get engaged, have a baby, remember that these moments are memories... Memories that last a life time and what better way to cherish these special moments then with a photo to explain it all.

I started photography at fifteen years old, I never classified myself as an artist. That is until I picked up a camera and played around. My first session was dressing up my cousins who, at the time, were 7 and 9 years of age. I photographed them in my parents back yard by flowers and a wooden fence, later on down the road another photographer told me I had a good eye for my age. I was inspired instantly and had to continue.

My first group of photos were taken with a Nikon Coolpix L310. When I graduated high school early my parents gave me the greatest gift, a Nikon D3200. It is not the camera that makes a good photo, it's the photographer. Many ask what is the difference between a professional and an amateur.

An “amateur” photographer is someone that takes photos for fun and passion. A professional well, a professional photographer is consistently compensated for their photographic work. However one who may be classified as a professional will not share the same drive, success and dedication as an amateur. When you are truly passionate about something you put your heart into it and never give up. On a day to day basis, this is what I do. So, when you ask me why did I choose photography, I will tell you that photography chose me. My dream is to be a photographer for Cosmopolitan magazine. It is bright, exotic & never the same!
