The Chrisander de Mina Global Productions is a Privately Owned and Privately funded / Produced Company. Our mission is to produce and distribute exclusive digital marketing packages across a broad spectrum of platforms to generate professionally filmed / photographed packages of unique properties available for sale to an exclusive and high caliber list of prequalified global clients.

Our portfolio of privately acquired properties are limited to a truly unique original and highly desirable properties around the world.

The Principals of the company are themselves entrepreneurs, real estate developers and capital investors with a combined total of over 60+ years of actual experience, while entrenched in the Southern California commercial and residential real estate markets since the 1990's. As of late however, the company has expanded its holdings to multiple US States and international assets, ranging from exquisite and unusual single family homes, multi family homes, commercial and industrial complexes.

Our current workload is comprised of 4 projects in Kailua Kona, HI, 1 project in Venice CA, 1 Project in Grove, OK 1 Project in Coral Gables FL, and 2 Projects in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic. Due to the COVID-19 challenges in travel and other logistical challenges, the company had cut productions and project funding in March of 2020 however as of October 2020, we are scheduled to begin near pre COVID project and production levels.

At this time we are auditioning 4-6 Spokesperson / Models with relative real estate experience, wherein the requirements are to verbally describe, present and demonstrate our holdings around the world in a scripted but artistically versatile & creative manner depending on the specific property being marketed.
