Thea Traff is a photographer and freelance photo editor. From 2018 through September 2020, Thea was a Senior Photo Editor at TIME Magazine, where she commissioned portrait and documentary photography for the print and digital editions of the magazine. Prior to TIME, Thea was a Photo Editor at The New Yorker Magazine for six years. Thea is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and studied Studio Art and Philosophy at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
