A Yashica SLR and one prime lens launched a photographic interest in the Caribbean that followed through moves to Asia, Latin America, and the US- Boston, Tacoma, Cocoa Beach, and Washington DC.    I transitioned to digital in 1996, and have used that medium exclusively ever since for general imaging and to illustrate industrial engineering studies.  In the past several years I have focused more on people, and continually strive to best capture a specific look with each session.

I'm experienced in wedding, sports, events, wildlife, landscape, architectural, and product photography.  One of my current projects is a series of glamor portraits reminiscent of those created for the major Hollywood studios to promote their 1930s-1940s stars and movies (think Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, Rita Hayworth, and Jean Harlowe). 

I occasionally consider TFP and TFCD to refine lighting & posing techniques.
