I am an independent filmmaker located in the metro Detroit area. My last full production film, "World of Art", was accomplished in large part due to the terrific collaborations I had with the models and other artists I met through MM. The film went on to show in multiple film festivals, generating terrific audience feedback, and winning awards in three of them. Chris Gore, head writer and the founder of Film Threat magazine, stated that WoA "Brilliantly walks the viewer through the history of art while entertaining and never seeming pretentious. Funny and fulfilling, all in one satisfying short!" It finished a successful festival run, and it now available to view in its entirety online.

WoA took me two years to complete since I was Writer, Producer, Director, Editor, Visual Effects Artist, Production Coordinator, Production Designer, Co-Cinematographer and Co-Art Director. Being able to perform all those areas in a film certainly results in much more freedom as a visual artist, but it also takes a significant more amount of time!

Currently I am in the process of putting together a documentary I started before the pandemic shut down. I am also hoping to expand Cuttlefish Productions into commercial work as well. I am redesigning the web site to fit those needs. I will be needing some original photos to include in the website. Being a creative film outlet, I just don't think stock photos send the right message!
