The pose is unique and the image seems to reveal some of the woman behind it. I also love the geometry -- so many acute angles: your knees, chin, eyes, elbows of course, but most of all your shoulder.
This is an image that seems to demand that a receptive viewer invest time to learn what your (i.e., you in this image) have to share.
