August 25, 2010 4:51am This is fascinating work. I love the folded/contorted pose. The contrasts of colors and tones are wonderful, and the careful composition is striking. I especially like the light coming from behind the trees. some of it looks like fire. The whole image has a strong painterly feeling that really grabs me. The trees are so minimalist â they practically look like brush strokes.
