I have the access to a large film/photo Studio in the Oakland/Shadyside area with very high ceilings, a green screen, a few backdrops, and a black curtain. The rent is $25 for a half day and $50 for a full day. A smaller room with a green screen is also available for $10.
I can also supply two Studio Strobes and one smaller Strobe, all have modeling lights. They all can be run by a remote control unit that fits on your cameraâs flash shoe. I also have a Sekonic L588R Light Meter.

(Be aware that weekend shoots must start before 8PM on Friday nights and sometime prior to 1PM on Saturday or Sunday,)

How many people will be involved and their job (Photographer, Model, Hair stylist ,Makeup stylist, etc.
Do you work with a contract
Do you sell your photos and do you have a sales channel you work through
