This is a charming and disarming image. The couple is clearly enjoying a casual moment, very much at home in their own (and possibly each other's!) skin. Unguarded, unaffected, and anything but consciously posed (art that conceals art), there is both intimacy and distance, a sort of spontaneous shred of eroticism, yet also a certain distance and coolness. Our subjects are at home in nature, yet clearly not "of" it. A fascinating duality that subtly poses more questions than the picture answers . . .
