December 26, 2008 3:37pm Now, this is very interesting. I really like the way it plays with perspective and perception in some unusual ways. First, we're contending with gravity and which way is up... the mind wants to rotate this image, but the cues about what is up seem to conflict. You actually seem to be floating upward in the frame. The eerie color is very striking, too. The curved lines of your limbs and the back of the chair create an interesting sense of visual movement. The more I look at this photo, the more I like it.
